Do NOT complete this application for the BETA BLC (July 19-24) or YYLC (July 5-10). You must have a link to the application page for your specific

Early Registration – register and pay by May 3: $240
Regular Registration – register and pay by June 3: $260
Late Registration – register and pay after June 3: $280
All payments after June 3 must be PayPal, money order or certified cashier’s check.
Partial refund for cancellations made before June 3 – less $50 application processing fee.
NO REFUND after June3
All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email to email@example.com)

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, call our office at 803-628-0000 or email email@example.com.
Complete all sections of the application before printing and/or sending via PayPal.
No handwritten applications.
Look for your confirmation packet in the mail. The return address will say Tomorrow’s America Foundation. You must receive this packet in order to complete important required insurance and related information. Emergency contact numbers, a list of what to bring, and some more detailed information is included. If you do not receive your confirmation packet at least 10 days before the conference, contact us immediately at 803-628-0000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you register late, your confirmation will be emailed to you. Look for “tafblc” or “tafcamp” in the “From” line. The subject will be “confirmation.”

You will be redirected to an online application. After you complete the online application you will be redirected to paypal for payment information. Your registration will not be complete until you have paid via paypal.
