Application Instructions
YYLC is open to children of IBOs as well as any interested person within the general public (friend or relative) who meets the age eligibility requirements: Must be 15 by July 7, 2012 and no older than 25 for first time participants; only Alums may exceed the maximum age limit. There are no "reservations" and no spaces will be held without complete payment of registration fee. Additionally, all registration fees must be paid in full before the conference – NO participant may pay on site.
Please complete all sections of the application before printing and/or sending via PayPal. 
(No handwritten applications will be accepted!)

Registration fee includes 5 nights’ lodging, meals, Banquet, meetings, activities, charter bus transportation to/from airport, curriculum, t-shirt, and on-line access to highlight video and group photo.

Registration Fees and Deadlines
Early Registration – register and pay by May 21: $420           
Regular Registration – register and pay by June 21: $460           
Late Registration- register and pay after June 21: $500 (After 6/21, all must use PayPal)

Note:  If you do not include the appropriate fee, your application will not be processed until paid in full. Special rates are available for certain returning students – see website for complete information; you must pay in full and will receive a rebate after the conclusion of YYLC.

International Attendees Please pay via PayPal. Only US Dollar (USD) will be accepted.

Refund Policy Refunds are issued to the person that paid the registration fee. If you cancel within 15 days of the start date of the conference, there is NO refund since we have already paid the host facility for lodging and meals, hired staff, and ordered curriculum based on enrollment.  If you cancel more than 15 days prior to a conference, you will receive a full refund less a $75 application processing fee. Out of courtesy, we ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend so that we may accurately plan for the conference

    All payments after June 21 must be through PayPal.

    Partial refund for cancellations made before June 21 will be available; requests for refunds must be made in writing; a $75 application processing fee will be retained and not refunded.

    NO REFUND will be given after June 21.

Confirmation Packets will be mailed or emailed within 2 weeks of receipt of application and payment beginning April 15, 2012.  DO NOT MAKE FLIGHT TRAVEL RESERVATIONS until you have received your confirmation packet!

The confirmation packet return address will say Tomorrow’s America Foundation/YYLC.  You must receive this packet in order to complete important required insurance and related information.  Emergency contact numbers, a list of what to bring, and more detailed information is included. There will also be an Itinerary Fax that you will need to send in with your complete travel plans. If you do not receive your confirmation packet at least 10 days before the conference, contact us immediately at 803-628-0000 or tafblc@hughes.net [International attendees may expect confirmation packets via email.]

If you register late or you are an international attendee, your confirmation will be emailed to you.  Look for “tafblc” or “tafcamp” in the “From” line.  The subject will be “YYLC confirmation.”
