  • Eligibility: Delegate must be a rising Sophomore through 2021 high school graduate. Delegate must be at least 15 years old by June 1, 2021.

Conference costs and deadlines:

  • Early Registration - by April 15 - $300
  • Regular Registration - by May 15 - $350
  • Late Registration - after May 15 - $400

While the cost to attend BLC is over $650 per delegate, the generosity of the Broyhill Family Foundation helps keep BLC affordable. Their funding allows us to provide excellent leadership training at a reduced fee for every delegate who attends. We do not offer any other scholarships.
