BLC 2-2025 was an amazing week of learning, laughter, and friendship. We read about and discussed leadership principles that help young people harness their potential and help them become the leaders of tomorrow. We set goals and learned to have empathy for others. We enjoyed a talent show that showcased our delegates’ gifts, competed in activities focused on leadership, and formed connections. Today, our delegates competed in The Great Experience, our team building activities that focus on communication, teamwork, creative problem solving, and strategy. Yesterday, BLC delegates heard from several wonderful speakers about communication styles, how to be meaningfully connected with others, and how to set specific goals. Students engaged in activities that tested their communication skills and they worked on their personal goals.
